What’s better for concealed carry, high caliber revolvers or small caliber pistols?

There's a Walther .380 PPK that I want , but at the same time I love the Smith and Wesson Model 60 that can carry both .357 and .38 special.

What are the advantages and disadvantages of a concealed revolver and pistol?
